Horrible!!! Broken items, missing items, didn’t do a full clean and we ended up having to hire and clean ourselves!! Manager told us they would reimburse us but when we sent the quote they made excuses and didn’t. They overcharged by 4x. I would NEVER ever recommend them to my worst enemy!!! We reported them. The Bellingham team is horrific, Mt Vernon team admitted to what these guys did to us. Now we are left replacing the broken items. I’m sure they will respond with more lies.
ServPro, gave me an estimate for mold remediation and kitchen demolition for $4,440.13, which they indicated would be the worse case scenario. So, the demolition could be more or less. Their estimate does not include the reconstruction (putting the kitchen back together). I have a tenant on the premises and certainly wouldn't want anyone to suffer in a kitchen that was not functional. They very knowledgeably helped mitigate water damage fast and professionally. We were impressed and would use again.
Within 90 minutes of our event, the Servpro team was out at our home starting the mitigation process. Hat’s off to Ricky, Steven, Tawni, Aaron & Josh for their tireless efforts. Afterwards the contents team of Lora and Makayla did a fabulous job of packing and storing all our possessions that needed to be moved out of the flooded area. Finally, we were kept in constant contact and given regular updates on the progress by Keira. Her courtesy and understanding were vital these past few weeks.
Kyle L is such a stellar representative for this company. He's stopped by our business annually to drop off a card and some miniature calendars the last couple of years, and while we haven't had the need to, you better believe he's made such a good impression that we'll go with SERVPRO should the need arise. He even remembered that I was the one he spoke with last time he was through ... if only all reps were like this guy!
