Whomever I spoke to when I called basically just said they were too busy to help, didn't ask me a single question about when I needed service, just said "we aren't going to be able to help you, we are backed up with emergency jobs." So unprofessional.

To sum it up I am most upset with the poor professionalism and upsetting phone call I experienced with the owner. Under recommendation from our insurance company we had Servpro of Wexford come to our home after water damage. It was apparent during and afterwards that the goal was to do as little work as possible. This was also mentioned during our conversation initially that if it wasn't absolutely positively necessary (or financially beneficial for them) it would not be done.
