RecommendedPart of my ceiling collapsed on Thursday afternoon, Derrick Charles came out the next day and set the fans up promptly! He informed my dad and myself in a respectful manner. He reassured us that if we have any issues or questions to feel free to call him over the weekend. He came back on Monday to pick up the fans and again reassured us that we will be alright and to call if we have any issues or concerns. The men who came to board up the windows after the fire were seen on video camera stealing the gun cabinet out of my fathers burn down house. They entered through the same window they boarded up. When I called the Westfield office to inform them I wanted them to watch the video, the lady responds rudely was it our company truck on video? I said no, it was your men in a personal truck.
