Over the years, I have worked with several water restoration companies for various reasons, including a failed shower pan. Fast, efficient, and responsive. They worked with me and my insurance and got my repairs done ASAP, willing to work with me and my schedule and with my insurance company to give them everything they needed. High value, high quality work. When I had a few snags with timing or insurance claims, they worked with me to quickly resolve the issues and get me the paperwork I needed to fix them. I would happily recommend them to anyone else, and I will probably use them again.

Painful experience. SP only did half the job because it's easy to do mitigating. I would hire someone who will do the job turn key next time and ensure my clients are happy. The Service Pro tech told us they were gonna do the rebuild too, but they left us hanging in the dust. AC is set to high, and it's 90 degrees inside because they denied doing the rebuild after tearing up their walls. Her brother can't sleep for days. We are going on 11 days now.
