as per what I was told by my kids, you people refused to finish a job that is only about half done, for my ex-in-laws. That just is not right. Exposed studs, no drywall put up, carpet a mess. Wow, if you were in my employ, expect to be fired w/o any unemployment just because of how poorly you represented the company.
1 star, only because 0 stars is not an option. You asked my mother for a review prior to starting a job, but she didn't know how to submit it. Now that you are refusing to finish the job because it's not "big enough", you've got a review from her, via the daughter who is searching for a local contractor to FINISH the job you abandoned because it's now beneath your big company's efforts.
