EDIT TO ADD FOR OWNER: Billy was at my home on 4/23/26 and I have not heard from him since. I also have not heard from Cody Michael VP since 4/15/26. I have also contacted headquarters and tried to reach the owners in Saginaw with no help or responses. If you have experienced a house fire- RUN AWAY from this company. If they show up to your home to board your windows after your house fire do not let them talk you into doing construction services. We have found out that they are called “fire chasers” for a reason. Gavin and Michael were amazing again today as they finished this project with an awesome job of carpet cleaning. knowledgeable great customer service. Special things to John, an amazing project manager in addition to Gavin and Michael!

I had a flooded basement. The guys were here by 1:00. They immediately got to work setting up equipment and pumping out the basement. Extracted water from carpet and figured out what happened. The 2 men that were here doing the work were Kevin G and Scott C. Both were very professional and personable. They worked hard, it was a mess down there and did a wonderful job.
