My basement flooded badly and I called Servpro Sterling Heights for help. The team of Chad Brooks & Brandon Morrison were at my house in just a few hours. They assessed the damage and formulated a plan to mitigate the problem right away. Both men were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. They helped me to feel at ease and I’m so grateful to them. They started work immediately which I didn’t expect! Thank you Chad & Brandon for helping to make a bad situation a little easier to handle.

It was amazing how my house was when we came back I am so very happy with the way it made a difference the house is cigarette smoke free and it was so bad before they came now its smells good look's fantastic. I can have people over. I highly recommend this company. They went over and beyond. I thank God for them.
Poor communication, I had to keep calling this company and asking what is going on. They left equipment longer than it should have been to over charge. The bill for the mitigation portion had an item they did not complete. I am still waiting on the restoration bill that I have yet to receive. No, I would not recommend this company.
We had severe water damage and Servpro helped to pack up our house and then helped move us back in. I cannot say enough about the crew that moved us back in.
