This company takes no responsibility for its workers. Almost 8 months since hurricane and they still havent finished our house. Their tear out crew did over $1000 worth of damages to our home and their general manager Mr *** basically told me in an email too bad. NEVER EVER use this company! Really want to leave 0 stars but site wont let me.

After obtaining 4 bids we hired SERVPRO and on 9/28 the clean up job after a death in the home on 9/25. The Co. was easy to work with for the arrangement and completion of the sevices. We were very pleased and highly recommend them. They earned a 5 in our experience.
We hired this company for a dry out on our home. Okay no problem, we understand we hired them to do a job, and they did just that. They billed our insurance in July 2021, after they finished the job. Okay great. We never heard from the company again until 11/12, 8:40am a women named Patricia rudely called demanding $1845 from us stating we've known about this invoice.
