I had quite a bit of black mold in my bathroom shower. Prior to replacing the shower, Jan Mullaney and her team came out, gave a quick estimate and promptly cleaned up the problem. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, and very helpful. They also came in under the estimate! Thank you for your help!!!
Total bait and switch... don't waste your money. Told me they were going to test for "mold" after a roof leak. Then, after the fact, told me they can't test for mold - can only do a "visual inspection" for "microbial matter." Refused to do an air test even though that's what I need. Then, when I followed up, they were rude and dismissive... like I'm too dumb to understand the complicated world of mold remediation. In the end, the "expert" they sent to my house was just a hack who had no qualifications at all. Stay away!
I am so grateful for SERVPRO. Erick Evans started the claim. He is very knowledgeable. Erick handled the claim with the insurance company and made the process stress free. Christina and Lynn are the best team ever. I had my floors sanded and refinished which left a great deal of dust in every nook and cranny. When they were finished there was no sign of dust what so ever. These girls are amazing. They were so pleasant and could be trusted. I had to leave while they were here and was totally comfortable doing so. Wonderful experience! Servpro helped lead me in the right direction with my insurance company. I appreciated them being so attentive.
We had a sewage backup and they came the day we called, and was done two days! I will be using them again!!!!
