I am thrilled with the work and dedication the crew from SERVPRO at this location has shown while restoring our home after a fire. They have a wonderful work ethic. I hired SERVPRO of kirkwood/Sunset hills after a sewage backup damaged my finished basement, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanup and remediation process lasted approximately 12–13 days and resulted in a bill of roughly $15,000. Project manager josh nodruft failed to inform me that cost will going to go above the initially conveyed $12,000. This is my second experience with ServPro and once again excellent customer service and thorough clean-up. Christina, Josh A and Jorge cleaned up glass, removed carpet and padding and went the extra mile. Great technicians. Thanks ServPro. Glad to know you’re there when I need you. Let’s just hope not often.

great experience working with this company. From the moment they arrived, their team was professional,and very responsive. They quickly assessed the water damage the demo and cleanup. Great Guys Adalberto and Simon were amazing helping my family with this water loss, highly recommended.

Whatever you do, do not use ServPar. I had videos from standing water on the sub floor and structure no less than 8 hours before they came out to inspect it and stated the contents were dry. Sided with the insurance as well trying to claim they were separate losses. If you want to pay for them to put fans in your house and agree with the insurance companies, they are who you want. If you want non bias true professionals, they are most definitely not that. I wish I could put zero stars to be honest.
