Marilyn and her crew have been to my office twice. She is a pleasure to deal with. She is very thorough in what she does. She makes sure that the area is dry before she removes any of the equipment. everyone who I've talked to and dealt with at Servpro have been very nice.

Great experience with SERVPRO of West Hartford! We had water damage from a burst pipe at a rental property. They met me at the house within an hour to assess the situation and had the place drained and dried immediately. Quick and hassle free, very professional. Highly recommend!
