The last thing you want in life is to have your home flooded and left devastated. It’s out of your control and thankfully there are companies like Serv Pro of West Bronx. They were suggested by a close friend and were at our home first thing. They didn’t waste anytime and got right to work. What seemed like it was gonna take weeks was done in no-time. Professional crew and even carefully went though our personal items with us to see what was salvageable. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend! Mike Mondrone, VP of Operations went above and beyond in advising all aspects of the situation, before and after the job was completed! The crew, led by Freddy and Felipe were equally informative, pleasant, and efficient. We were in a time crunch and were accommodated in a very timely manner. It was a huge relief to have this professionalism during a very stressful time. Thank you!

Servpro of the West Bronx was extremely reliable and fast during a very stressful water situation. They responded promptly and immediately did everything necessary to prepare the area before setting up fans and dehumidifiers. The team handled everything efficiently. They were professional and organized throughout. Huge shout-out to Mike Mondrone — he was calm, reassuring, and made sure the situation was under control from start to finish. Highly recommend Servpro of the West Bronx.

Great job from the team. They kept me informed of the steps and left the workspace neat and clean at the end of every workday. They carefully and methodically boxed the content of the cabinets that needed to be removed to access the affected areas.

From the very beginning with speaking with the office, Christian The office manager, and then speaking with Freddy, the manager on site, I was treated respectfully and very professionally. They came. And accomplished exactly what they said they would do. I Was Also alerted that I did not have caps in the basement. I Highly recommend Them without reservation.
