Servpro of the West Bronx was extremely reliable and fast during a very stressful water situation. They responded promptly and immediately did everything necessary to prepare the area before setting up fans and dehumidifiers. The team handled everything efficiently. They were professional and organized throughout. Huge shout-out to Mike Mondrone — he was calm, reassuring, and made sure the situation was under control from start to finish. Great job from the team. They kept me informed of the steps and left the workspace neat and clean at the end of every workday. They carefully and methodically boxed the content of the cabinets that needed to be removed to access the affected areas.

From the very beginning with speaking with the office, Christian The office manager, and then speaking with Freddy, the manager on site, I was treated respectfully and very professionally. They came. And accomplished exactly what they said they would do. I Was Also alerted that I did not have caps in the basement. I Highly recommend Them without reservation.

I have worked with Christian and Freddy three times over the last two years. They are fantastic. They are very responsive at all hours and days. They have come quickly within 24 hours but also when I need to schedule around my work schedule. Both times they have done major clean up-throwing out heavy flooring and removing layers of mud until you can see the white walls again.
