Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Their equipment was brought into my home, and I was specifically informed that the house would become hot as a result. However, what was most frustrating was that after the equipment was removed, there was no guidance whatsoever provided on how to properly cool the house back down or ensure that the HVAC system was operating as it had been before their equipment was brought in. ... read more
