We had an excellent experience with Servpro during the water damage cleanup at Barnum House. The team was professional, responsive, and handled the situation with great care and efficiency. Josh arrived at my house that had severe water damage from burst pipe within an hour of being called. He assessed the damage and assigned a crew. Shortly after the crew arrived. Juan G and Juan R began the remediation work doing an excellent job a reassuring me of their work. After removing all areas of dangerous material they set up their equipment and began drying out the area. Without the help of ServPro I would not have known where to begin. They were very quick to respond when I called for cleaning. Have been pretty thorough in the work. One less star cuz I felt it wasn't well communicated that the repairs would be done by a separate team, and said repair team did not take credit cards for payment and we don't have a couple thousand in cash...otherwise been great to work with.
