I have worked with Fred Emory and SERVPRO for the last couple years. I am with the Chandler Lions. The Lions are a international non-profit organization. I have been the chair lady for our Chandler Celebration Day for the last 2 years, and Fred along with SERVPRO have been very eager and willing to help support us in having this event. We can always count on Fred and SERVPRO.
had servpro come out a couple years ago after some water damage. part of the insurance claim included duct cleaning. fast forward to today, had a new hvac system installed and had my duct work cleaned again. the amount of dust and debris tells me they didn't do it correctly or don't have the right tools to do the job.
As an insurance team member I have had many customers of mine say how happy they are with the service that Fred and his team provides. Keep up the good work!
ServPro was onsite and began remediation immediately. Dalton Land was very professional and assisted throughout the entire process. Detailed reports of moisture readings and equipment onsite was recorded and presented daily.
I can't thank Fred Emory enough for being there anytime I need him!! He goes above and beyond to make sure I am totally satisfied. He is also a great resource for other things he might not be able to help me with. I have peace of mind knowing who I can count on, thank you so much Fred!!!:))
