Never use Servpro. They are a dishonest and an unprofessional company. We called them out in a panic when our washing machine overflowed onto our hardwood floors. They estimated 4K in services. We told them if they were approaching the 4K mark to stop work and let us know. They never did despite us remaining on the premises. Needless to say we were shocked when they sent us a bill for 8k. Had a room that experienced water damage. They were prompt and efficient! Kolby, Jason and Diego were so good with everything.
