Had a room that experienced water damage. They were prompt and efficient! Kolby, Jason and Diego were so good with everything. Kolby was a great team lead and made sure I was kept updated and also saved some very important items of ours! Thanks guys for an awesome job! You made a bad situation easy to handle!
The tech was professional and friendly. He seemed to be thorough. I guess the proof will be when the work is done and I get the bill. My only complaint is that I was unable to get even a balkpark estimate of what the work would cost. So I'm praying. Got the bill. Really exorbitant. Be sure to get the price upfront. Don't just trust.
