Brain Rigby the owner of serv pro Tupelo along with some in management are so unprofessional rude and inconsiderate. I’ve been having a issue since February with this company only to get the run around, a back up that ruined my floors and master bedroom where me and my son sleep & our floors have been removed and damaged by some workers from servepro pulling up my floors WITHOUT my consent AND THEY REFUSE TO REPAIR IT!! Robert, Shane, Kelsey and Devin did an outstanding job. They were very efficient in their work. Also, for handling our furniture, clothing and the repairs they were outstanding. I will recommend Servpro to my family and friends if the need ever occurs!
