One of the worst experiences. Wont go into details because we are seeking civil suit solution. I do not recommend this co.pany at all from horrible contractors to rude and lazy employees. I recommend any other disaster clean up company because these guys ain't it. Should of just went in a diff direction when they couldn't keep employees employed. More turnover than an IHOP. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. Who would of thought after a tornado, then hurricane that ServPro would the biggest disaster to hit our family home... read more
10/10 experience with this Servpro! The staff worked quickly and efficiently while keeping us updated throughout the whole project. I continue to recommend them when anyone asks about help with water damage!
