Work on my son's property was signed off in April 2026. The contractor assured us that any further issues would be addressed. We discovered further issues with the electrical connection of the stove and other issues. It is now September. We have not been able to get a hold of the contractor or his affiliate at ServPro. They have not been responsive at all. My son cannot move in after so many months. Even the work completed in April was done after after several delays and missed assurances. We are very disappointed.
