Servpro of Toledo Southwest was great ! I can't say enough positive things about Nathan and his crew. Our basement flooded,and we were given Servpro 's name by a friend. In less than a week and a half the entire process was finished. Nathan went over everything about what was going to be done and the cost. He was very professional, polite, and answered every question. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service.
We had a water leak and the damage was too much for us to handle ourselves. The insurance company sent Servpro out. They were excellent. The demo'd three rooms. I never saw them carry out a single piece of drywall, plywood or bag of trash. That's how smooth they were. Our life outside of these three rooms was completely unaffected. At the end of each work day, they didn't leave a single spec of dust behind.
