Water mitigation was great but restoration was horrible. Was told job must be paid in full up front. Went through 2 shifts of people coming out before anyone started the work. Was told work would start the day after the second visit to discuss the work being done and this was not true. First day, team didn’t start work until 1pm. 2nd day they didn’t show up at all due to a flat tire. I recently had the pleasure of working with Servpro after a water damage issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Henry and Darien were professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for getting things back to normal as quickly as possible.
