SERVPRO came to our home after half a tree crashed onto our roof, instantly dumping water into our living areas. Greg Ceglaj came in and took over the clean up, leaving nothing for us to do but watch his team work. The SERVPRO team communicated with us the scope of project and kept us updated to any change and most of all, they considered our personal comfort during the entire water mitigation process.
