I am so disappointed in the way the technician treated my mom. The intent was to take advantage of an older adult over 80. My mom's toilet leaked, causing water to flood her bathroom and run into her bedroom closet. It was barely an inch of water. They attempted to charge her $3500 to suck up scarcely an inch of water.
