BRAD IS BAD! If it were possible to rate a 0 star status, I would. Brad Higgins is the most deplorable "business" owner (so emphasized because what he has is so far removed from any sort of business ethics it is laughable) and a down-right @ss. How we manages to generate and keep business is beyond me. If you need to utilize a cleaning service, even if the next quote is 10X what Brad Higgins' is...take it. You will save yourself at least that much in headache and hassle.
I honestly hate to do a bad review.... but, I was very disappointed in Servpro. I had, what I thought, was a mold problem. I called them out to test. The test was too expensive for what it was. They stuck a little meter in the floor, told me I had mold, and charged me $120.00. The "mold" was contained to one small bathroom. We were planning for the treatment of the mold and after all was said and done, I was ready to abandon my house. He has me pretty scared of the "mold"!! The cost was going to be outrageous!! Wouldn't think of using any one else After seeing the difference that Servpro made when they cleaned my carpet, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Everyone was so nice from the girl in the office to the men who came out and did the work. Very satisfied Customer
