Serve Pro came to my home after a pipe burst at 11 pm and stayed until 3:30 am. And we live way out in the country! Not an easy home to find at night. They evacuated the water and set up drying fans and de-humidifiers. They moved all my furniture to a safe spot.. Their staff, Matthew R and Matt N were polite, knowledgeable and instilled confidence. From the first call to ServPro of the Hill Country, all was handled very professionally, making a very difficult situation (leak in a refrigerator ice maker line that flooded the house within in a few hours) a little bit easier. this group was amazing. Gavin and Josiah were the two gentlemen that that did our water mitigation and they were awesome in every aspect. They explained things to me in Laymans terms. They were so polite so courteous they were professional. they were prompt on time. They were just great.
