Wow! We experienced an unfortunate plumbing fail which flooded the entire bottom floor of the house. The ServePro team showed up within a couple of hours; set up the drying equipment and stuck with us until success. Highly recommend!

The team that did the work was polite and efficient, however servepro has a lot of communication issues, and getting straight answers and consistent help has been difficult. They will say one thing, then someone else will tell you another. You never get the same person twice and they are always saying it’s another’s responsibility.
