I went out to provide an estimate for garage doors and gave one of the owners great advice on framing and different options. Later, I received a call from the secretary saying they were ready to move forward—but by mistake, they had already called another company to proceed. Unfortunately, the owner came across as very unorganized and ultimately wasted time. Not a good experience to do business with. On a positive note, Kevin Frey was amazing to deal with.
ServPro has been exceptional. We had a massive pipe leak in our home, damaging two full floors. Greg arrived at our house around 4am to immediately help with water removal and came to our house every day for a week to make sure all next steps were taken to prevent further damage. Kevin then walked us through each step of the reconstruction and has been wonderful. We are beyond grateful and impressed by Greg, Kevin and the entire ServPro team. They have been lifesavers in a very challenging situation.
