I had a toilet overflowed in my upstairs bathroom that leaked all the way to the garage. Burgess, Moe, Tamara and today I met Jeff…every single person/crew involved were just excellent! Their expertise is top notch. They treated my belongings like their own with great care. Everyone was so hardworking and kind.

I contacted SERVPRO after already paying a hefty amount for a professional mold inspection. I explained that the mold had already been identified and I simply needed a remediation quote. Despite that, they wanted to charge $350 + tax just to come visually look at the mold and give an estimate. There was no need for them to locate or test the mold because I already did that.
