Immediate response to our situation. removed all traces of mold. ran fans and dehumidifier till all was dry plus a machine to help remove any spores that may have been in the air. Thanks you for another great carpet cleaning. It looks like new! Came on time as scheduled, friendly, listened to my concerns and I came home to like new carpet!
I used Servpro for my parents home for damage from the water heater leaking. I had to have my parents homeowners contact them to come finish removing the kitchen floor and heat pump lines. The floor under the ceramic tile was wet when they told me it was fine and the heat pump lines under the house were sagging from water sitting in them and they told me they were fine also.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them for any water damage. We had major damage and they did very little. We had to call our insurance company to get another company come in and remove all the damaged walls, ceilings and flooring. They ran fans for 10 days and then didn't tear out anything because they were dry!! OMG....Soooo upset. Their license to do business should be revoked.
