Our basement was flooded so we had Servpro due two things: initial flood, mitigation, and flood damage restoration. Both aspects were completed quickly and extremely well. We are especially delighted with Servpro’s subcontractors for the reconstruction which included the removal and replacement of carpet and padding and painting of baseboards and door casings. Would not recommend. It's been 6 months and they still haven't fixed our floor correctly. Poor communication, poor work quality, workers who don't show up. It's been a horror show. No surprise that they cancelled on us, again. Same day cancellation that costs us money but not them. Came out a week later and still couldn't fix the floor. This is the 4th time they have come out. Do not use these guys! And if you do, have an attorney available. We've been waiting 2 weeks for a phone call from a manager.
SERVPRO did a great job with our kitchen floor and one bedroom floor replacement. Once the work started it was completed timely and looks good. Big thanks to Juan and Jordan.
Mike and his team were excellent! He explained things well, answered all of my questions, and was very professional. His team was great, and they worked hard and were extremely thorough in their work.
Definitely highly recommend they came out in less than 12hrs to help with a A leak that came through Our playroom ceiling from all the snow and rain we just got, they set up machines with dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the area. They came back 2 to 3 days later to take out some of the sheetrock so we can replace it from whatever water it was damaged in They were very respectful knowledgeable, They kept us informed every step of the way definitely made us feel at ease.
