Bill came out today and inspected my concern about mold in my house. Fortunately, it doesn't appear to be mold. However, he was so helpful in giving me informed guidance on what my next step should be. I am incredibly grateful and impressed with his candor and knowledge and would definitely call ServPro for any future issues.

Literally typed a novel on why I only give two stars and then it didn't post what I had to say… Long story, short, I don't recommend this company and will not be working with them again. Major lack of communication and professionalism.

If there could be a rating lower than 1 star, I would give this. The owner, Reggie, was incredibly rude. I called on Friday. He asked to know my address, as I'm not in Summerville and live an hour away from any water mediation company. I texted him the address, stating once he let me know if he could come to my address, I would happily send him pictures. I heard nothing back. I called him finally mid morning Monday. Very prompt after calling Reggie Smith. Very pleased with the work he did to releave me of my water problems. Would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.

I called And spoke to a Reggie. I wasnt even a paying customer at that point and he was so kind, knowledgeable and honestly just plain amazing. I never ever leave reviews but he 10000% deserves one. Thank you so so much for your help and guidance! I would Gladly recommmend anyone to your services when they need it. Thank you again. Excellent customer service.
