If there could be a rating lower than 1 star, I would give this. The owner, Reggie, was incredibly rude. I called on Friday. He asked to know my address, as I'm not in Summerville and live an hour away from any water mediation company. I texted him the address, stating once he let me know if he could come to my address, I would happily send him pictures. I heard nothing back. I called him finally mid morning Monday.
