Saphire, Nikki, and Lance were great! They packed and moved my contents out, and they were very efficient and careful about their work, making sure to pad and pack things properly so nothing was damaged. They were all nice and friendly too, very willing to help with anything I needed! And Levi came over to help move a heavy piece of furniture. Thank you all for everything!
I was utterly SHOCKED to see so many positive reviews here of these mostly inept clowns. Either they have gone drastically downhill very recently and it was just my dumb luck to catch them at the exact wrong time, OR there is something fishy going on here with these “sponsored” ratings. Granted, the water abatement team led by Abby when I had a partial roof collapse in June of 2024 was efficient, and Abby was friendly and reassuring at a time when I was in a state of shock following a truly nightmarish disaster.
