Tyler and Chris came out within an hour of my calling for help. They walked me through the remediation process, expertly answered all my questions, and made me feel like my home was safe again. Christian, Keith and Craig resolved my issue with flooring with some water damage. they were excellent, polite, careful with my appliances and I would highly recommend them. They are great and Christian is a good communicator.

I was moving out of a moldy apartment and had to get rid of almost everything I own. I got quotes from standard junk removal services but one recommended I reach out to Servpro because of the mold situation. It was a relief to know that they knew what they were getting into with the mold. I learned that this is called a “trash out,” because you can’t recycle or donate anything that’s been mold-infested. We had water damage and called on ServPro Team Landers to do the repairs. They replaced the soaked dry wall and insulation, replaced the wet carpet, new flooring, and painting. Eric was the main contractor and scheduled all the sub contractors to complete the job. We were very impressed with how Eric scheduled the work to accommodate our schedule. I want to thank Jermaine, Geo, Chris, and Jean Pierce not only for their excellent work but also working around our Great Dane and rescue Parrot Chewy. We suffered from a water heater leak when out of country. Fortunately my two sons were taking turns watching the house and caught it early. It still caused major damage on the two floors under garage. The team spent most of those two weeks working on the house.
