Servpro cleaned up water damage from the 1/24 ice storm in Portland, Or. They finished 1 year ago, & in the process of dragging the machinery out of our house, left gouges in our wood entry porch. The Supervisor assured it would be repaired. The reconstruction of the house took until November 2024, when we called Servpro & requested the repair be finished.
