My husband and I had been seeing mold in areas in our bathroom and master closet. Preston came out to do an inspection, and thankfully the problem wasn't as bad as we thought. He gave us instructions on how we could resolve the issues ourselves. This was refreshing to hear him give us tips and pointers instead of just trying to gain a customer. I appreciate him for being transparent and honest, and would definitely refer him to anyone I meet that can benefit from the services provided by ServPro!
