Servpro did an amazing job on our home. Dealing with a water leak mitigation and restoration. While it wasn’t without some bumps in the road (took a while, had to redo some stuff), what made it so much easier was Tim’s dedication and availability any time we needed help or answers about anything. Tim Womble deserves a raise no doubt, he made a process that is normally very stressful (dealing with adjusters…etc) so much easier just being available and willing to go 2 extra miles the whole time and is the reason for the 5 star... read more
Posting for Beulah Ann McCreery...task of cleaning vents in our remodeled home at Farmington was so efficiently and effectively accomplished by Kane & Teddy....so polite & courteous and quick...such a reasonable cost and truly worthy of the $$$...I highly recommend their services and others to utilize this crew for any home improvement project.
I cannot say enough good things about Angie, Teddy and Isaac. This started as a complete disaster with a sump pump failure and completely flooded basement, then insurance denying my claim. Angie came out the next evening and calmed me down as I was crying and freaking out at how bad it all was. They were wonderful with tailoring a quote that was very reasonable since I had to self pay. Angie, Casper, Isaac, and Kane made this a super great experience, considering what we had going on. It was great communication and they were very open and honest! They worked with us on everything and made sure we were taken care of are of. We will definitely be recommending them!
