We got an estimate ($$) for mold removal. We learned that they won't close up their demolition; rather, we have to have their sister company, R&R Engineering, come out to the property and quote us on closing the open walls. It is confounding (understatement) and while the voices behind their service number were kind, the process and costs are just ridiculous. We're incredulous.
Servpro of Sahuarita & Green Valley 520-648-7360: THE RUDEST person answering phones! called to ask for estimate on air duct cleaning (website states they do). got rudeness and then a hangup. Don't use this franchise ServPro
Friendly and fast service. Great job done.
They never returned my call after several attempts to contact them. Not a good way to do business.
