Carlos Jimenez, Cristina Alarcon, and Jacob Banuelos were very professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of all they were doing throughout the process.
Serv Pro staff was friendly and christina did the best she could to explain the process. My house is older and one of the representatives did not want to drill in order to check for moisture and dry the walls thoroughly. They also do not go into the crawl space to inspect damage. Now that I am in the reconstruction phase, I am coming to the conclusion that servpro is not very thorough with the process. They did not send in accurate information to the insurance.
Christina was amazing! She worked so hard and was very professional along with Jackie. They were in Josh’s crew. We are so glad they are who we called when our house flooded. They knew what they were doing. Explained everything and took care of our belongings.
I have used Servpro twice now and both times they have come through. Josh and Bobby have been great! They are professional and caring when people are in need. I highly recommend this company!
The company and the service men are professional, knowledgeable, and fast. They answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend this company.
