The builder of our BRAND NEW $1million custom home in Nokomis had improperly installed Icynene insulation which led to HVAC ductwork condensation which led to mold in our attic which broke through the ceiling of our master bath. Needless to say, we were devastated and scared. The builder tried to remediate the mold but only made it worse.
