I had only a couple of days to prepare the house to care for an elderly family member. The carpets were pretty rough and the bathrooms were in a bad way, especially the shower stalls. I had a great experience with Shawn from ServPro. He came out for a free estimate, carefully looked at the situation, and then walked me through how I could handle the fix myself. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services.
