I hired Servpro for a relatively small water damage cleanup and restoration of the affected area. My job remains unfinished because they claim that I did not contract for "reconstruction". I took them at their word that my job would be "like it never happened". Doug was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and honest.
Above & beyond expectations! It started with Doug & Chris (production mgrs) and then the excellence really became evident and flowed through Jack & Issac (onsite supervisor & foreman). This was an enormous project.. 3-4 weeks of work on an ocean front estate that had sat abandoned for 3 years. You can imagine the level of mold remediation required.
