This particular franchise did remediation for us after a hurricane in 2024 in *******. They were very aggressive in getting a contract signed but after the ink dried, we found communication, cooperation and service to be very poor. They did not treat our personal items with care; they also severely man handled and mangled our Kenmore wall oven during removal. Servpro was hired to respond to a water leak in my home. They damaged many large ticket items. Muddy foot prints on box springs, torn mattress that was drug through dirt. Tape directly on antiques. They also damaged wallpaper and my stair banister. Their insurance company is failing to answer any emails or calls. They lied at least 5 times during the process. It is bad enough when you have damage in your home to suffer above and beyond when the responding companies lies and damages your property. Please DO NOT use them.
