When the ADU on our property flooded due to a burst pipe, we called ServPro immediately. Dominique reassured me they would take care of everything, and they are. Devan and Michael were there that day to start drying it all out. They were kind and sympathetic as we shloshed through the carpet and got the machines working everywhere. They did good work and Dana did a good job dealing with the insurance company. There was an issue with poor quality work with one of the staff but they resolved the issue and returned to make the work right. This did make the job go a little longer though so that's the reason for 4 stars.
We were very pleased with Melissa, Mike and Daniel. They all went above and beyond to help us with our problem and came the very next day after we contacted them. They were very professional, kept us informed all along the way and worked hard to find solutions to our problems. We would highly recommend them and will call on them again should we have any problems they could help with.
Mike and Devan were the team that completed the work at our new home. We knew that the heating ducts would be dirty, because the crawlspace had been infested with "critters" when we purchased. They did an amazing, thorough job (and gave us the pictures to prove it!). I was informed every step of the way. Thanks, guys.
