Called Servpro on Dec. 11th 2018. Craig was awesome on the phone and they were out to inspect my home for mold very fast and were super friendly. I was informed that it would be a few days for a quote since they have been slammed this past summer and fall because of the rain. We can't say enough about the Servpro of Shippensburg/Perry County team! We woke up to water in our downstairs bathroom spilling over into our basement like a shower for most of the night. I called them at 7:45 AM, left a message and received a return call at 7:50 AM. They were on-site by 8:30 AM with mitigation efforts starting immediately.
