Martin and his crew were amazing. We had a hot water pipe leak during a holiday and heavy rain period, and they came out within hours to get us equipped with remediation equipment right away. Throughout our emergency, Martin was super reliable and communicative, explained options, and helped us keep costs down. One of the most honest contractors I have worked on. Highly recommend Martin and his crew.

Having a house fire is one of if not the most stressful thing I have ever experienced. The tasks I had to deal with were innumerable and indescribably anxiety provoking. Everyone warned me how difficult the process of reconstruction would be, but because of Martin, that was the only area I didn’t have to stress about!! I had a wonderful experience with Servpro and Martin, during an unexpected situation at my home. Martin responded promptly and brought a dehumidifier right away , even though it was a Friday afternoon, helping prevent further damage and giving us peace of mind. Martin explained the process clearly, what needs to be done, and his fast intervention helped reduce the damage and the smell from the wet drywall.
