After calling multiple different restoration companies in Santa Clarita that resulted in continual ringing with nobody ever picking up, I finally got someone to pick up the phone when calling ServPro! John was attentive and courteous as I explained my situation. He gave me a ballpark quote and after booking an appointment for an in-person consultation, he gave me his personal line in case I needed to reach him for any reason. I have never received such a professional and QUICK response from any restoration service company before. I cannot recommend Servpro of Santa Clarita enough. 10/10, will be contacting again!!

Well, I'm giving 4 stars because of the slight delay in getting Servpro starting the cleanup in our home after a flood. (It took almost 3-days) Other than that they did a pretty darn good job. Upon move back in Zac was an ALLSTAR doing what he does best, making customers happy & doing a thorough job. He and his guys were just super helpful! Overall, we would definitely use this company again.
