I have worked for this franchise two separate times, and after everything I have seen being on the inside, I would not recommend the use of their services or seek employment from them. For starters, they are poorly organized. Their work vehicles are not kept stocked or regularly supplied as the General Manager Susan Roy does not like to pay for this to be done. I contacted ServPro of North Seminole County for a mold remediation. The quote received was above my budget. The ServPro sales rep said that she knew of a "contactor" who would do it for less. She gave my name and number to a third party, who contacted me. We texted back and forth about the job, and agreed on a price (sight unseen).
