Your technician, Greg, was great! He called before he came, was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions with professionalism as my husband was out of town and I was pretty clueless about the process. He was courteous about the fans explaining why they were needed in various places. He had to dig up some flooring that was glued down - never complained although it was tough work. We had a water heater leak and Servpro of San Marcos/Kyle/Buda’s mitigation team was on-site quickly and extremely responsive. Their rebuild team followed up with a very reasonable quote, completed the repair quickly, communicated with us throughout the process, and left the area looking like the damage never even happened. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Servpro for their service here at my property as they have installed deadbolt for my property, this was something that was not in their description, but they were able to take care of me. The on-site technician Julio has been amazing as he has been easy to work with, very responsive and respectful I would definitely recommend Servpro due to his ability and professionalism.

I would not hesitate one moment to highly recommend Josh and Darwin of San Marcos Servpro. They came to my house the same day called to begin cleanup process of ceiling collapse from water in attic from a/c. They arrived daily to check on drying progression sometimes having to cut out more ceiling and cleaning up insulation. They were always friendly, working quickly to get in and get out in a timely manner. They covered my furniture for protection.
