When our toilet leaked in our bathroom Adrian and Ernest were there to take care of it. They handled everything with care and made sure to take my concerns away. I would recommend them again to anyone in the same situation.
Josh and everyone else that we interacted with at ServPro were very professional and helpful. Our A/C unit leaked all over our floors but they took great care in getting it all dealt with thoroughly. Would absolutely use them again if we need to though hopefully this never happens again.
I highly recommend Servpro San Marcos. Will, Josh and Preston took great care of us. I was impressed with their fast response time and they even made it during the winter storm. They were punctual and showed up daily. They insured proper drying without rushing to remove items, ie kitchen cabinets, unnecessarily.
I highly recommend this company. From the initial consultation to the final pack back, everyone was professional, informative, and really nice. Unfortunately, I did not get all of the names, but Greg, Rosa, Ivana, Bubba, and Mayeliant were standouts. They took special care of my furniture and carpets, asked and answered questions, and kept me fully informed. The men who installed the flooring were excellent, and very hard workers. An exceptional company.
