I had a very poor experience with SERVPRO during my home project. Communication throughout the entire process was unacceptable. Calls and messages frequently went unanswered, and there was almost no follow-up on questions or concerns I raised. I consistently had to chase the project manager just to get basic updates. The condition the house was left in was also extremely disappointing. The property was dirty, there was a mess left on the patio, and even the toilet was left unflushed.
