I was concerned that my shower was leaking, but didn’t know how long. I didn’t want to cause damage to my downstairs neighbor so I asked Johnny from Servpro to take a peek. He was very communicative when he unexpectedly received an emergency flooding at Hotel Del Coronado. Even with that emergency, he made it to my appointment time on time. Johnny and his colleague evaluated my shower and didn’t see anything obvious, but gave me advice on how to keep any eye on it. They didn’t charge me for the evaluation!
