Johnny from ServPro was so kind and helpful, answering my text on a Saturday morning when we discovered a leak coming from our upstairs shower. He helped connect me with a reputable plumber to come check the leak out. He also checked in with me over the weekend to make sure we didn’t need anything, and scheduled a no cost inspection to see if there was water in the walls.
