We had an amazing experience with Johnny and his team. Everyone was professional. We are very happy with how everything turned out.
Johnny from ServPro was so kind and helpful, answering my text on a Saturday morning when we discovered a leak coming from our upstairs shower. He helped connect me with a reputable plumber to come check the leak out. He also checked in with me over the weekend to make sure we didn’t need anything, and scheduled a no cost inspection to see if there was water in the walls. I was concerned that my shower was leaking, but didn’t know how long. I didn’t want to cause damage to my downstairs neighbor so I asked Johnny from Servpro to take a peek. He was very communicative when he unexpectedly received an emergency flooding at Hotel Del Coronado. Even with that emergency, he made it to my appointment time on time. Johnny and his colleague evaluated my shower and didn’t see anything obvious, but gave me advice on how to keep any eye on it. They didn’t charge me for the evaluation!
