I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Servpro. On July 6, their crew removed my bathroom floor and disconnected my toilet. As of today, July 24, no additional work has been completed to repair the floor or reinstall the toilet. For nearly three weeks, my family has been left without a functioning upstairs bathroom.
