My basement flooded with sewage - I did not know where to start as far as calling people to help with the cleanup. I was given several names one of them being ServPro. Servpro was FANTASTIC from beginning cleanup to the end. The guys answered all of my questions- they were polite, friendly, called to let me know if they were running late, cleaned up & showed up. The crew arrived quickly and started cleaning the water out of the basement they were very fast at what they did. I thought they were very good at the work they did. They came back to check on the floor to make sure it was drying and kept up to date. Great job.
I personally have never used this company but what I can say is that Josh Barz is super friendly and very good at his job. He stopped by both locations of the property I work at and I was fortunate to be able to chat with him both times. Both times he was super friendly and even complimented me on how well I do my job, which means a lot to me. Matt Rockafellow quoted a job very quickly, came in, ripped the carpet up, and dried out the areas where the water leak was present. Servpro never came back to finish the job and it has been 4+ months. The explanation being given is our job is "too small and not worth their time" to come and finish(put the carpet back and replace the padding). Matt noted several times we should go to someone else to finish the job as his prices are always marked up 20%. We called Coorporate Servpro several times and nothing has been done. Co... read more
