I was not happy with how I was approached for services by a marketing representative with this company. I was under the impression at the time that he was associated with the fire department or somehow was called by them and that was how Servpro came on scene to my house fire so fast in the middle of the night. Mike Loredo and his crew did a phenomenal job getting our office dry after a water line broke over the weekend.
Mercedes, Chris, Kesh and Gary were absolutely great to work with. They made the this process so much easier. I would recommend them and Servpro to anyone.

The team led by Mercedes came in, asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. Their job was to pack up items that had smoke damage from a small kitchen fire in my home. They made sure that nothing was packed until I knew what was to be packed. Mercedes made sure she communicated this to her crew.
