The crew came in quick, took care of everything, explained all the work they did, and then did a great job cleaning up when it was all over!
Every time I’ve called the number listed on Google Maps, the experience has been frustrating. The person who answers sounds annoyed right off the bat and immediately cuts me off to say she needs to transfer me. After that, I get bounced around to different people, and it feels like no one really wants to help. All of this just to ask about scheduling a simple duct cleaning. If it’s this difficult just to get basic information, I can’t imagine how the actual service.
We worked with ServPro on a small renovation after water damage in our bathroom. They were amazing to work with. They did the job quickly and well. They were easy to reach and made sure we always knew what was going on. They went out of their way to work with our insurance adjuster so we could quickly get our reimbursement. I was incredibly impressed by how well run their business is, and especially impressed with Alexis, our project manager.
