Their team showed up very promptly, even though it was memorial Day weekend. They were polite, efficient, and knew exactly what to do after our catastrophic flood. I highly recommend them.
After your crew said they were done I inspected the the job and found it unsatisfactory. They left insulation hanging down off of heat and return ducts. I also found a large sheet of plastic which I dragged out myself. We discussed the job before they started and thought they understood this was just a general clean up to remove fallen and torn insulation and light clean up. Over all the job was satisfactory.
