I shared a not so good review of my service with the company. We have talked and disagreed on the final adjusted payment. We did both agree that the crew should have finished the job they said they would do. For that reason they reduced my payment. I have since deleted my first review and am happy with this decision. I probably won't call them again but I appreciate that they called me back and reconsidered my situation
I will never use or refer this company ever. They came out and quoted me an overpriced quote which I agreed to at first because I was going out of town and wanted it done before I left. They left a fan and a dehumidifier which I didn't need because it was almost dry already. They came back the next day took the fan and dehumidifier back and said they could not clean my carpet until I came back from vacation.
