I had a pleasant time working with this company! The people that I worked with were nick and Brad they were very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and transparent! Any questions that I had they had answers! The same day I called they came out and began services! Mrs. Marla was a pleasure to work with she was amazing! This was definitely the a great experience!!!

Awesome and helpful company. Gave me clear direction on what to try before bringing in the remediation experts. Very knowledgeable and was able to give a ballpark estimate in the case things were not able to be fixed on our own! High recommend calling them.

Servepro is the best in Rocky Mount, NC. Especially, when they have Savannah and the team she works with inside the office. And of course Mike , who’s in charge of restoring the bathroom. Thanks a lot SERVPRO!
