I recently attended a Lunch & Learn hosted by SERVPRO of RM and was genuinely impressed. Although I haven’t used their cleanup or restoration services personally, it was clear from the presentation that they are true experts in all things restoration. We had a hidden moisture issue and couldn’t find the cause. The team came out and gave a full inspection to not just help fix the issues, but solve the problem. There a lot of people that can do this type of work, but few take the time to connect with their customers and treat them like family. We are thankful for them and their help.
