If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, I cannot recommend Servpro highly enough—specifically John Countryman and Dominic. We had a faulty washing machine completely flood our basement, and we were in absolute panic mode. John came out on an emergency after-hours call and immediately got to work mitigating the water damage. He was professional, reassuring, and exactly who you want showing up in a crisis. Had a house fire and they repaired it. In 2 maybe 3 years my wall started falling apart due to them not fixing it correctly. Past the year warrenty. Would not recommend if you have issues just after a year and they wont help at all.

I wanted to share how great of an experience we had with SERVPRO of Rochester. Let me start by saying I came home on a Saturday night and found our sump pump had stopped working and we had water back up throughout our basement. After calling my insurance agent I contacted SERVPRO and within 2 hours they were there getting to work.
