I want to acknowledge one specific person who was newly hired at ServPro of Rochester, Mark A. Mark has come to my rescue with the ServPro Construction Area with attention to detail, so knowledgeable, and actually wanting to get the job done after 7 months in limbo. He is amazing. ALWAYS ask for MarkA if you are considering ServPro for reconstruction like the flooding that I had. Some of their subcontractors are subpar.
Needed some step nosing installed. Mark (sent by Servpro) came to do the work. He did an excellent job. Great attention to detail. Made sure it was done correctly. I would definitely request him for other jobs in the future.

When my basement flooded following a sewer blockage on the morning of a blizzard here in Rochester, ServePro came out in the snow the day it all happened to start cleaning up the mess. Mark and John did a great job getting the basement cleaned, sanitized, and dried off, which also included having to remove and dispose of a false floor. Mark and John were punctual, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I don't wish a basement flood onto anyone, but if it should happen to you, I cannot recommend ServePro Rochester enough!
Daniel and Devin did a great job removing mold from the utility room of our new house. Very honest and professional people. Highly recommend.
